  Happy with employees Ethan, Odette, Franklin, and Adel. They are good people who care about the company and add to the atmosphere. The food is great. Old School is delicious, and so is the Watermelon/Strawberry Lemonaid!

  I ordered two sandwiches from here. When I walked in the store, it smelled like weed. After taking the sandwiches home, one of them had a strong chemical smell and taste that actually burned my tongue. I called the store and spoke with the manager. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a refund, I was told that they don’t use any chemicals on their grill and to bring the sandwich back so they could “talk to the staff” and remake it. When a customer reports something that tastes like chemicals and causes a burning sensation, the priority should be food safety and customer well-being, not requiring the customer to make another trip just to resolve it. I hope the store takes this seriously and reviews their food handling and preparation processes.

  The service is wonderful. The employees are really friendly and helpful. Not to mention polite, very patient and fast. And to finish, cherry on top the food is great! Totally recommend :3

  First time visiting this location and the experience was astounding. What made it even better was the service miss Odette went above and beyond to make me satisfied. Not only her but the kitchens work made the food delightfully delicious. Thank you Charles team for the wonderful experience. definitely will be back!

  The employees were welcoming and friendly. Answered all of our questions with kindness. The food was really good. We got a steak Philly and a chicken Philly. Will definitely be back the next time we visit bowling green.
