I told the cashier it was my first visit, and she mentioned that the menu is online, which felt a bit impersonal and confusing when ordering at the window. I ordered my usual caramel latte with oat milk. Unfortunately, it tasted mostly like warm milk with very little coffee flavor. I couldn’t even finish it. I wasn’t sure if it was actually oat milk or if enough espresso was added. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and probably wouldn’t return.
