The girl was so sweet about the situation despite the rude customer in front of me. She handled whatever situation it was with the upmost respect. I was about to get out of my car and say something to the customer. I pulled up and asked the girls name. Her name is Mallory and she was SO SWEET. Drinks were awesome. I have never been to this location, but I’ll be back!
- HLHolly LoganFeb 25, 20261.0me and my girlfriend came here after seeing a movie down the road. We ordered an energy with cream. When I went to pay, the ipad wasn’t working so she ran back inside to grab another one. Instead of coming out with a new ipad she just came out with the drink and told us not to worry about it, which was nice of her but the drink only filled up 3/4 of the cup, there was cold foam, not cream and it was a fizz, not an energy. The drink looked half was drank and was just not correct. I’m glad we didn’t have to pay, but the drink was not correct and we felt rushed out of the line. As an employee of another 7 brew location out of state, I know the standards and my experience was just NOT it that night.
