I spent several minutes reading the menu word for word trying to get my drink at the posted price. She finally gave me the price for the cream version. Then at the window the woman who took my money informed me I was confusing because I said "new." I told her I was reading their menu and maybe they need to learn the menu rather than arguing with customers. At which another employee came up and said "I took your order" and then slammed the window in my face. I will never go to that Wendy's in Berea again and will be hard pressed to ever do business again at any Wendy's.
