- LHLinda Harvey2 days ago1.0The worst fast food experience! First of all, there was no place to change my diaper. No changing table! I should have taken that as a sign. We ordered our food and noticed that no one around us in the dining room had food. That should have been our second clue. The 3 workers there were app more concerned with the drive thru than the customers inside. After they called my name after waiting for 20 minutes, I realized it was for another person with the same name. During our wait, another 2 employees showed up to work, but that didn't speed anything along, except being able to flag someone down to ask where our food was. After arguing with the staff that there were 2 people with the same name and indeed I did NOT get my order, we had already wasted 30 minutes at a "fast food" restaurant. We cancelled our order and headed straight to Arby's to get food for our family of 5 and had no issues! The sad thing is there was someone there trying to interview. We told her to run! This was the last straw and last Taco Bell I ever try ordering from. I have been less and less impressed over the years with the franchise in general, and this experience just solidified my disdain. Do not go here unless you want unfriendly employees ignoring you. Or perhaps just go through the drive thru since that is all they cared about.

Not sure if it's thay they prioritize drive through over in restaurant app pickups but this is ridiculous.
