  This Taco Bell is consistently bad. The employees almost always have an attitude and tongight I pulled into the drive through after the lobby was closed and was the only car and was made to wait 3 minutes before ordering. I consistently have to return to this location after an order due to either missing items, or something was made wrong, This was also the case this evening. Being one of the only options for late night fast food should mean it’s more or a priority to do proper business but it is evident that that is not the case. They have remodeled the store in the last few years and I expected that quality of service to improve after that but it did not. I would not recommended anyone visit this store even if you had to. I would rather go hungry than suffer through another below bar experience with this restaurant.

  Picked up at the drive thru drove home food was cold the softshells must of been in the freezer order was wrong a table spoon of chicken on the chicken cassadilla $16:11 it was worth maybe 2 dollars I have seen this place going down for a while I will never be back

  I came at 3am to get some food! My quesadilla was burnt, my nacho fries nearly frozen! Spent 25$ on me and my wife’s meal just to throw it away! Woman at drive thru was rude and the pops tasted metallic! I suggest driving to Richmond or somewhere else this place should be shut down!!!

  Taco Bell has always been good to me. I like their new menu. Lots of new choices.

  If I caused give you a 0 star I would I come thru tonight to get drinks an a stack taco an there was a red headed boy I when back thru the drive thru I told he that my pops I got tasted like water an he started cussing me out an told me not to come back because I asked for a refund for my drinks so I when across the road at speedway because they was the only ones open because it was like 12:30 to 1am at night
