- JWJosey WalesJan 1, 20265.0Been at Benton DQ at least 20 times. Every time the dine in or drive thru has been super fast, and the food hot. Dining in, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. This store is way better than the one in Draffenville KY. Only downside for disabled person is if you were in a wheel chair, the men's bathroom would be difficult to manage.

Put my blizzard in the freezer and go get them. They offer nothing in return. Get home to my blizzard to find out it doesn't have cheesecake bites that I paid extra for and the choco brownie extreme had no brownies. Very disappointed in the service and the way it was handled.

We wait every time we go to this location regardless if we order 2 different meals or even a banana split. And every time the order is not correct and not only have we waited 15-20 minutes we have to go in wait longer until they wait on us or fix the order. This is every time we have gone there . Management needs to step it up with the young employees there or this DQ will likely lose valuable customers . The inside of the restaurant is always dirty that also needs some attention.
