  placed an order online. they had no drivers and referred to doordash. my food wasnt picked up at all by doordash. and when asking for a refund they told me i had to contact doordash even if i dont have a doordash account. not the ladies on the phones fault but this process is dumb

  Asked for my Ranch on the aside because I always get such a dry sandwich well today I get a dry sandwich with barely any toppings. Whomever made it should be ashamed of themselves. I have pictured to prove it.

  Donato's is a favorite of ours, but this shop consistently misses the mark in the exact same way every time, no matter how I try to get them to do it right. I order a double pepperoni with extra Xtra sauce. Extra sauce is a topping choice, and you can further specify if you want "Reg" extra sauce or "Xtra" extra sauce on the app. I say Xtra extra sauce, and they bring me this borderline light-on-sauce pizza every single time. I've called and ordered over the phone to really emphasize that I want extra sauce. I've ordered in person, waited, and told them to make it again... and they still put the same basic amount of sauce. I just don't understand. I've ordered this way from several other stores across the state of Ohio, and they all put a hefty portion of additional sauce. This Bellevue store just refuses for some reason. This picture is of the latest delivery, which in addition to being severely undersauced is also overcooked (and therefore even more bone dry).

  Just ordered a calzone, ask for extra spinach. When I got it, there were maybe 4 pieces of spinach in the entire thing, light on sausage. And whoever put the spices over the top put excessive pepper will not buy again.
