- HHHattieNov 15, 20252.0I went through the drive thru to order some food for my family and the entire time I was ordering the worker was cutting me off asking "anything else?" But with an impatient attitude. As I was about to say the last meal for my order she cut me off saying the total and didn't answer after that. As I stayed at the speaker saying I wasn't done ordering. I then was answered with a different worker who was saying they couldn't hear me so I said I will just pull around. Once I got up I added on what I tried to order before and then afterwords they forgot my frosty and 2 fries in my order. I also had to say that I was missing 4 other drinks which they weren't even the right ones after I was given them. I wasn't given a receipt either to confirm my purchases. When I went in to get my missing items, the person on front counter was thankfully apologetic and helped in making sure I received them. This experience has made me view this place negatively and although I was in the end able to receive the items- the overall experience was not worth the wait. I hope this problem doesn't happen in the future or to anyone else.
