  I visited this Taco Bell location last night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I walked in, there was no greeting at the counter, so I ended up ordering from the kiosk. While that may be convenient for some, I personally prefer face-to-face interaction, and it would have been nice to at least be acknowledged. The overall cleanliness was also concerning. The kitchen area appeared messy, and there was visible trash on the floor, which doesn’t create a great impression for customers. Additionally, there was loud and inappropriate music coming from the kitchen, which felt unprofessional for a customer environment. After placing my order, I had to go back up to the counter to ask for an item that was missing. I waited for a bit, and when I was helped, the employee seemed visibly annoyed, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that management can address these issues. With better attention to cleanliness, customer service, and overall atmosphere, this location could provide a much better experience.

  Order was wrong, service was unprofessional, and the restaurant was filthy. The restroom floor is very slippery as well.

  Horrible, restaurant dirty. Man left because employees told him he has to order on kiosk, Employee on the phone the whole time discussing family drama got my order wrong. Horrible experience I'm not from here but this is the worst taco bell I have ever seen. If the owner don't want it shut down they need to change management

  I would give zero stars if I could. The store is always closed, despite still being within open hours. The employees are still inside, however, they play the drive in message saying the store is closed. They close at 2am, but basically anytime after 10pm you are out of luck. I am sick and tired of these employees refusing to work during their hours. I just tried going again, at 10:30pm, the store is closed message played. Parked and called the store, they answered. Asked if their hours have changed, they said no, that they close at two. So I went back to the drive in, the message of being closed played again, but was cut off by an employee saying sorry we are closed.

  Terrible service, will not take your order at the counter and will make you stand there. Make line is always unsanitary and employees complain extremely loud. Constantly cussing and trash-talking each other, one of the most unprofessional taco bells in the area. Also they LOCK the lobby when they don't feel like taking anymore lobby orders. Don't spend money here.
