  Extremely displeased. My family and I placed an online order at 7:12 before we arrived at the Sonic, when we got there at 7:18(when the app told us the food would be ready), we parked in a spot and put our number in the app. After twenty minutes we noticed the drive thru wasn’t moving, but we had already paid, so we would wait a little longer. During this time we’ve seen three employees leave and exit the building, none of them came to talk to us or anything. After 30 minutes of waiting, we go to the window in the front of the building where they then inform us they have no car hops! So they had let us sit there for 30 minutes, assuming our food was coming at any time. So when we asked what to do, they said we could pull through the drive thru. Our food hadn’t even been started yet. So we get in the drive thru for another 20-25 minutes. And on top of the absolute abysmal 50 minute wait, our shake was incorrect, the blt was absolutely burnt to a crisp, and our chilli dog had almost nothing on it. I paid over $50 for the worst assembled food, inedible blt, and absolutely messy food just slammed into a bag. For almost an hour wait you’d assume it would be put together properly. I’ve worked short staffed before, but having the employees doing nothing and leaving for smoke breaks while not letting customers know they’re waiting do foo that won’t come is ridiculous. Four coworkers is not shortstaffed. That’s more than most. Will NEVER eat at sonic again.

  Ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage and bacon. They didnt put bacon on the sandwich. Instead of making a correct sandwich, they hand me a hotdog container with 2 pieces of bacon in it... down right disrespectful at some point. Polite lady at the drive but crap for what service should be

  They have the best tots. The order is right every time. The lady at the drive thru is kind and cheerful.
