- TTT Ttt1 day ago5.0The people complaining that it takes long to get their food don't realize that the other taco bell turns off their door dash.....when they're not supposed to and all the orders come rushing to this one taking it longer to get your food. It is short staffed and they're trying to hire people. So maybe instead of complaining come work for them and see how good you are at making food as fast as you like with only 2 people :)

We do better driving all the way to Mt Washington rather than waiting on this place. Food has always been fine but 4 out of the ~8 times we've tried this location we've ended up leaving before we were even able to order. The service is too slow and they don't even greet you. A simple "we'll be with you in a minute" would help. When we HAVE stuck around to order (or when we've used the app to order so we are stuck there), we're always regretting our decision. I'm talking 25+ minutes wait times before even being acknowledged. We've tried the drive thru, eating inside, even ordering on the app before we arrive. It's inexcusable.

The line for cars was moving slowly but the customers waiting inside were at a standstill. I asked for a refund and the employee walked away and didn’t come back, so after 5 minutes I just walked out because it seemed like they didn’t have the situation under control. In conclusion I feel like the management is very inconsistent considering they had 3 main line workers doing all the work while the manager on duty and 1other individual were sitting in the back area talking. Maybe it was a sign for me to stop eating fast food so I take it as a win haha.
