They couldn't cancel the order and I was trying to be understanding but they couldn't even give me a number or tell me where in the app to cancel. They kept telling me to "figure it out myself" I was trying to be nice multiple times. We settled on switching the sandwich out for a different one and he wouldnt add anything I was telling him to then told me it would be $3 EXTRA after I had already paid.

You get what you get and pay thru the nose for it. $64 for 4 lousy subs!!! I walked in today and they wouldnt take a "in store only" coupon, said its for online, and wouldn't budge. I walked out. I'm done with them. Subway corporate needs to take note of this store. These people are representing your brand. Fix it!
