  I usually don’t leave review like this because it’s not that serious…it’s pizza…but today I’ll make time. This location seems to have gone downhill recently. My review is for today (3/28/26 at 4PMish), specifically, because the girl working the window was so absolutely rude for no reason. I could explain the story but who really cares. It was about dipping sauce 😅 She never said thank you one time and made it seem like she was very annoyed during our whole 2 minute interaction. This is not the first time she’s been rude either. Couldn’t tell you her name, the receipt says “y_ios”. I’m sure other people in this town most likely know who it is. Blonde girl. Also, while I’m here, my two most recent experiences in the dining room have been borderline pitiful. What do you mean I have to look at the menu on my phone? Who wants to do that? No ice? Disposable cup? And it’s a shame because the food is good but I won’t spend my hard-earned money here anymore. The Pineville and Middlesboro locations are so much better. I guess I’ll just go to Papa John’s next time 🙂

  Says the lobby is open till 11pm, it's 10:19pm and doors are locked and there's no food in the lobby at all? Why not update your store doors and online if your lobby isn't actually opened?

  expensive for bad taste of food, bad customer service workers… some girl working there.. everytime you said thank you she got angrier.. couldnt even order.. was asked to leave

  Ordered a supreme and it was covered in nothing but mushrooms. Barbourville Pizza Hut is the worst!!! Everywhere else, it’s the best. Don’t pay high dollar for bville PH
