  Terrible attitudes, throws my food at my table when sitting it down. Very disappointed with the way i was treated and talked to, Only one person treats me this way, and she needs to be corrected. I want to be able to enjoy my mcdonald’s without someone throwing my food at me, do better mcdonald’s. #Savannah

  I get off of work at 3 am and get there around 3:45 am. Every time I get there, they can't serve me for at least an hour because the PoS system isn't working. The few times I have been able to get served, my order has been wrong and the food is borderline at best. When I complain, management just brushes me off and says come back at a normal time. If you are going to be open 24 hours, then give your customers the best service 24 hours. I will not bother them again with my business.

  I have been to a lot of McDonald's in my life but I have to say in all honesty barbourville Kentucky McDonald's is my favorite, Reason why? Their food is always hot, it's very clean inside, fast food as well as warm & welcoming staff!

  My daughter was so excited on this day when we went out and stopped at this McDonald's, after she said she wanted the cheeseburger, so that's what I ordered, and I be damned if we don't already make it halfway home, when she looks in it and see's a 4 piece nugget in it instead!!! I mean, not even a dang 6 piece, but a 4 piece!! But on a positive note, she got a lil brighter eyed when she seen the toy that she'd been wanting, it's one that she needed from the McDonald's Toys Collection!! But, I was so dang mad when she told me it was nuggets!!! Mainly because of the ordeal I had B4 hand when ordering it to begin with, and it just made me think they done it out of spite!! I never complained or anything about it tho, I just wanted to forget about them messing the order up and end on the high note of her being thrilled by the toy!! But what I can say is, the food here, when you get the correct order, is some of the best McDonald's food between the several neighboring city's over!!

  The second time I order a caramel macchiato here, first time was drinkable at least this last time it was not even drinkable. I only come to town once in a blue moon, but when I do, I still have my coffees in the morning and I’m gonna have to start going somewhere else. They obviously can’t make them and every time they screw something up
