  Very slow to get orders out. Inside smells like rotten grease and food is mediocre at best. Parking lot and drive thru has some tire busting holes in it

  Forgets things like straws and I asked for salt they didn’t give me the salt fries have no salt to begin with and sometimes the chicken is dry and the fries used to have more/better seasoning but now they just taste like bland uncooked potatoes or just barely cooked enough to be considered edible I’ve been to better Wendy’s all the food places where I live suck including this one there is not a Popeyes no crispy creme all the places I like and even the ones I do like are like this Wendy’s just bad in all regards

  They are very slow and more times than not, don't get the order right. Food is often stale, including hard dried bread. We eat there very seldom as a result. The latest attempt today ended up with both straw and spoon missing and my snickerdoodle frosty was missing the cookie crumble. I asked when I realized that it didn't seem to be there and was assured it was. Got home and stirred it and it was indeed not. Of the 6 years we have lived nearby, they've been timely and correct maybe twice. I don't expect an amazing culinary experience, but getting necessary items, warm and not stale food, and a correct order would be great..
