  For a fast food place, I am blown away by how wonderful the service is. I took my three year old daughter to sit inside and was so impressed with our experience. Our food was brought out to us almost immediately even though the drive thru was busy and it was hot and fresh. The manager is so kind and gave us a free jr frosty. This absolutely made my day. Thank you Russell Wendy’s!

  Evening shift is horrible food is old and hard can't eat what you pay for don't recommend going late. I work 3 rd shift so it's not like I can return my food. Always guys working . Just terrible food..

  Pulled thru the drive thru and they told us they were out of frostys for the night. Really for the night? We came by more then 2 hours before close. Ordered a large tender combo and got told to pull up. They said it would take 6 minutes and it took a lot longer than that. Get our food, fries are barely warm, large? More like a child size bc the carton was not even half full. Must have snacked on them on the walk to the parking lot to drop them off to us. I called and asked to speak to the manager and James was incredibly rude. Honestly embarrassing.

  I don’t know why I talk myself into stopping at Wendy’s to get food… 10.99 for the direst Baconator you could ever imagine. I can’t tell if the run soaked up the mayo or you guys just put a little, I hope it’s the second of those two because this bun looks like it’s been Sitting in water…. I hate being this guy but this is ridiculous.

  This was the second time in a week I have ordered food and it was terrible. How is this even a 3 piece?? I got two chicken tenders that tasted like they sat in a drawer for a week and some left over bits from the bottom of the bag. The fries were so stale I couldn’t even choke them down and when I asked for bbq they handed me sweet chili sauce and when I again asked for the correct sauce I heard the smart ass kid inside say just take the one we gave you. No need to wonder why Wendy’s is closing multiple locations.
