  Awful. This place is a joke. They wouldn’t give me my orders as I was showing them the code, horrible attitude. My drink overflowed and they said “don’t give her any napkins” you couldn’t pay me enough to eat here again.

  Employees basically ignored me and my friend u til they physically could not ignore us. The food was ok. But the customer service was just horrendous and the employees weren’t even sorry about it. It wasn’t just my friends though, no one checks on the front and monitors the register because they think that everyone will just use the kiosks.

  I have eaten here three times since they opened up next to Walmart on the hill. The service and food was fresh and good. They put way more meat in the tacos then other taco bells in the area. I have nothing but good things to say about this location so far.

  Matti L at River Hill drive in Ashland Ky has a poor attitude. I tried to do a mobile order but it kept saying “uh oh we've run into a problem” so i proceeded to just order it through the drive through. I began with my order of 1 luxe box, with a LARGE MOUNTAIN DEW. And then i proceeded to order another Luxe box, modified (no lettuce, easy chipotle sauce, and no spicy ranch. And substitute my chips and cheese for cinnamon twists.) and i also mentioned a LARGE MOUNTAIN DEW with that box as well. And I then ordered a mini taco salad, and cinnabon delights 2 pack. Well i get up to the window and noticed my drinks were in medium cups. Surely those arent mine. She hands them out the winder and proceeds to tell me my total. I asked her, “im pretty sure i said Large Mountain dews.” She responded “No, you said mediums” with the rudest tone and look. I just took them bc im not fighting over the size of a cup. She then hands me our food and we decide to pull over and check it. I was missing my cinnamon twists. Cool. I had my fiance go in and get them because at the time i wasn’t feeling good. I just got off a 12 hour shift of nonstop running so of course im sitting in my truck. He comes back with them and we head home. Well we go to eat, his Doritos Locos Tacos was crushed, literally. His Crunchwrap was dry and didn’t have any chipotle sauce, his Gordita taco had but maybe a couple pieces of cheese and his mini taco salad had no meat, just beans. (There were no modifications to said taco salad or any of his item.) As for mine, my crunchwrap was dry and cold, and at this point I was really upset at the fact our order was so sloppy and the fact I know i said Large on both drinks really put the cherry on top. And im not saying any of this to be hateful but Ive worked 3 fast food jobs, granted they werent tacobell, i still know how they work. Photo below is my fiances crunchwrap that has no sauce.

  Dogs ended up with food. Tacos all broken no meat on the items In luxe box or really any toppings.
