  I went in and got 2 sandwiches ordered without onion and peppers because an allergy for my coworker infection work open food covered I onions and peppers still spoke with female manager she made it right showed up to get my food remade not even refund for money and owner told the employee that he refused to fix it that he know it was made right he want there when I ordered and got my food first time then employee I talked to today told me how the owner was rude insulted me his own employee told me themself that the owner he spoke with that the owner did that’s ridiculous you mess up and if my coworker would’ve taken a bite she would’ve been in hospital is this how business handle major mess ups I’ll be contacting corporate franchise or not they’re paying for the name so I’ll be letting them know exactly how they treat customers and how little they care about the safety or the hard earned money they spend worst business I’ve ever dealt with out of pocket the food we couldn’t eat and the money I spent. Ps crazy how your own employee snitches on you and what you said and how you spoke about a guest when you were never they’re during the issues and how you only care about your money and not your guests crazy how you tell someone they’re good was made right but you have pictures to show corporate of them being wrong and dismissive

  Fun Fact the amount of sugar in subway bread is high enuf it could be classified as cake ..... Stop a have some cake with friendly staff , fresh and delicious product , and a clean and friendly atmosphere.....

  Freshest ingredients in the Tri-State. Rick Gillium runs a great restaurant. Better service would be hard to find anywhere else and very clean.
