- EEEthan1 day ago1.0The lady that was supposed to take our order was very rude and took the order from another lady that was supposed to take our order. once we took our order she kept changing mine and my grandtfathers words and I asked a simple question if the smoothies had milk she ignored me and messed with her ear buds or something then instead of asking me to repeat myself started asking if there was anything else I then asked again and she came of very rude saying something along the lines of "yeah of course it comes with milk". after that we tried to continue ordering our food but she wouldn't listen to what we had to say and when we said something she didn't hear we got slightly louder and she said we were screaming we apologized but she wouldn't let it go. we told them off and left. sorry but whoever she is needs to see who's already going to take our order and understand that you're in a hospital wendy's not just some wendy's people can be under a lot of stress in a hospital. the rest of the staff seems nice. aswell every order we've seen with her she's been rude.
