That's unacceptable. Especially when some of us aren't using the kiosk due to vision issues. When this was explained, her response was "oh well, you'll have to wait then" -- at the 10 minute mark, I left and went to the other location. They ACTUALLY SERVE their customers EVERY time

The counter person told me they got slammed with walk in customers and the policy is to push Door Dash orders to the side and take care of the walk in’s first. Well that’s a BAD policy. We represent customers and pushing our orders aside costs us money and makes our customers food unnecessarily late.
