  Paid extra for beef and instead I get none.. this isn’t the first time or else I would try to get it fixed. Such a waste of gas. And time! This is such a frequent occurrence that this is only my 2nd time at this location in a year! Never get it right. Don’t try calling it never even rings.

  Awesome customer service. Far exceeding the experience of the other location on Winchester. It's Taco Bell -- I'm not expecting gourmet... but I am expecting to be acknowledged and appreciated as a consumer and this location is always on-point when it comes to taking care of business. It's the only one in town we go to anymore -- they've never once told me to "expect to wait" in spite of them being made aware of the fact that the Kiosk isn't designed for accessibility! LOVE LOVE LOVE this location.

  I wish I could give this place zero stars, I went through the drive thru for my food. Ended up having to go inside since they gave me the complete wrong item. After remaking they made it wrong again, unfortunately I had already left and didn’t feel like turning back around.
