Awful experience. They had no bread with more than a half an hour left in the shift. So inconvenient to drive all the way there and not get what I came for … will not be back to this location.

Great food, of not a little lacking on options, and the gentlemen are usually nice and my food comes out pretty quick. I order the unwich because im allergic to wheat products. There was a lady working the line and she literally complained about my order as she made it claiming "why even bother ordering" she was gently corrected by a coworker but the fact she said it in ear shot of a customer is quite disappointing. Theres no valid reason to actively talk badly about a customers order. Shaming me for something i cant control is upsetting. I didnt catch her name, but she was the only female working. Its unwelcoming and i probably wont be back for a while.

Ordered the Italian Night Club to compare against Penn Station's Italian. Sadly, it did not do well. Bread was...odd. The crust was hard and lacquered like rather than crunchy (though the inside crumb was ok). There were no onions, and IF the vinegar, oregano, or parsley actually made it in there, it was totally overpowered by mayo. Also got the Cubano which was certainly better, though it had only one slice of bacon which was pretty sad. Service at least was great. Friendly quick staff. Just a bit of a stumble on the sandwich.
