I was just there and got a fish box, it was hard and cold French fries were cold no manara sauce. I usually get good hot food but today they were way off.

The worst experience I've ever had with fast food or customer service in general! I pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order. I'm not sure how long I sat there but it seemed like forever, and nobody was saying anything. I was in the passenger seat of the vehicle, so I spoke a little loud so that I could be sure someone could hear me, as I was sure that no one had heard us sitting there already since no one had greeted us yet. and I said "Helloooo??" And a very snooty woman yelled back at me and said "Yeess!!! Someone has been talking to you but you've been ignoring them!!!!" I was so close to saying something back, but I bit my tongue, my husband calmly said "Ok, thank you have a good day." And we left. This is the worst I have ever been treated by a customer service employee of any kind. And I am usually pretty understanding when I am treated poorly because I've worked 17+ years in the customer service industry and I know it can be frustrating. But that doesn't give you the right to lash out at customers who aren't even doing anything wrong, just trying to speak a little louder because they think you can't hear them!!! I do not know who this woman was, but something needs to be done, she will drive all of your customers away. I love Arbys!!! But I doubt I'll be back to Arby's because of her!

Great clean place to eat very friendly employees. That new turkey sandwich was throwing out on the road so inedible nasty thing I have tasted. And for the high price. It might be good if it wasn't cold as hell. If I was the manger. Or franchise owner. I would take this off the menu. This might drive customer away. Nasty

Ordered a number 1 with no red sauce when I got it I opened it lifted the bun there was red sauce on it when I took it up there the guy up front handed it to the manager she re-wrapped the sandwich I gave her and put it back up for the next person even tho I told them we touched it with our hands , I don’t care if they give it to me or someone else or throw it away but I know I wouldn’t want to spend $40 to get food that has been touched by other people 🤮 0 stars all around
