  Fries cold and tasted like they were made two hours prior and were sitting under a heat lamp. Hamburger cold and tasted like they it was made two hours prior and were sitting under a heat lamp. If you want old, cold food that has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours this place is for you.

  Very disappointed in this Dairy Queen. Food was horrible .. ordered gravy combo and it was completely watered down no taste and it literally dripped with water on fork.. I'm not sure but I think there was supposed to be sausage in it but 1 tiny chunk. The hasbrown tasted like very old grease and soppy in grease! Took 20 minutes just to get this disgusting meal on a Sunday... unbelievable! Visited the women's restroom before leaving and could even use the toilet for all the sanitary napkins and tampon rappers along with to toilet tissue all over the place. You tell me how can a place get this disgusting at 10:15 in the morning with no customers !! I told counter help how disgusting restroom was and looked as though none cleaned night before, The reply oh, OK. No apology it just seemed as though I was bothering their conversation! All trash cans completely full no napkins or items available without asking for them. I would take a second thought before visiting this Dairy Queen in Ashland, Kentucky

  Don’t ever post reviews but this was ridiculous. Ice cream was fully melted. Lady in the window appeared to be on something, didn’t know our order, tried to give us two different orders after us telling her what our order was, and still was confused and the lady with the headset had to help her out. Ridiculous.
