  I come here quite often and have never had a bad experience, everyone has always been super nice at the speaker and in the window!!

  Wasn't very clean, forgot 1/2 my food,& could not get them to answer their phone..... But I will say once I arrived there & explained to the young lady manager it was made correctly,even better than normal,she was so understanding,kind,& great at her job....

  I ordered the new supreme nacho dip and it was messed up 3 times back to back, I ordered it with no nacho cheese sauce and extra cheese and extra sour cream and the first two times they "fixed it" for me they made it the exact same way with everything on it including the nacho cheese and the third time they made it they didn't put any pico onto it. I come to this location multiple times a week and I have never had an issue like this until now along with the staff has always been amazing until today, the third time I asked them to fix it I just asked for a side of pico and the employee I was speaking too was rude and made it seem like my order was messed up and when she checked it it obviously said I ordered it correctly and they were wrong and they got me a side of pico but it was just extremely irritating and inconvenient as I have thing I need to get done today. I will most likely not be coming back to this location after this situation and the way it was handled and continuously messed up three times.

  I ordered on the app then was told I would have to wait for them to make my meal while I was on my way to my son chemo appointment. They didnt not refund my money because they contract with an outside service for the app and didnt give me my food. I had to go a couple hours without eating because they are too cheap to have fast food prepared when thwir customers arrive. This happened at 2 differnt taco bells. The cost cutting is going to cost them a lot of clientelle. I would rather go to chipotle or bubbakoos, same price better food, speed, apps and service. Time for taco bell to run for the border. Expect a 10 to 20 minute wait if you order in the morning.
