  I’m honestly really frustrated with this location. Every single time we come here, something is wrong. This time I ordered the loaded hashbrowns and they were completely cold, like they had just come straight out of a refrigerator. Other visits, my drinks are wrong. It’s only this location that we ever have these issues with, which makes it even more disappointing. I really expect better consistency and quality. At this point, I’m just over it.

  The older woman in the drive thru window in the am shift does NOT need to be in the window. Very rude and disrespectful behavior. I come there all the time she has same dry rude attitude towards guests. Today she gotten my order wrong I ordered the Triple Mocha frozen Coffee. They did not put any chocolate in it and just had it on top as I asked her where is the chocolate she stated that it wasn’t what I ordered but I had to repeat what I wanted very slowly to her. She raises her voice like she always does and is very nasty. The young MOD in the am allows her behavior because none of them want to put any effort into working. Pure laziness and no accountability I have 20 years of restaurant experience and would never allow my employees or myself to behave this way !!! I will be taking my business to Walmart Dunkin in Alexandria, Ky or Cold Springs, Ky.

  Coffee was great- service was not. Literally went thru the drive thru to get my coffee, gave them my mobile order name got to the window and the older lady all but yelled at me saying I skipped the speaker being so rude. This team really needs to work on drive thru communication so you aren’t pissing off customers being blatantly rude to them. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin.

  Horrible place to order coffee staff is very immature and very rude and we are very polite and patient got my chain thrown onto the ground and the door slammed with an eye roll called into the Alexandria Duncan with no manager on staff no actual structure for a running business. We will be going to the cold Spring location next time because for some reason they seem to do everything so much better.
