  Went through drive-through two people outside taking a break. Sat in the drive-through without it moving for way too long. So I tried to go inside Before I entered the door the lady says we’re out of roast beef and she was kind along with the other employee, but kindness doesn’t mean anything when everything else is horrible. This is amazing because this isn’t the first time.I rarely eat Arby’s at this location because it’s known for poor service and food and the drive-through wait. Something has to be done to correct this service and quality issue. There’s no excuse for this. Ownership must know there’s a problem here. I won’t be eating here until ownership makes a change or they sell it to someone else.

  The woman on the speaker was rude, had a "what do you want" type attitude. I get that it was a friday, but there were only a few cars in the drive through and the lobby looked completely empty so i dont understand the hostility she was giving off. But the guy at the window was nice. My order was messed up, I got potato cakes instead of curly fries and a fish sandwich that I didnt order, plus my food was lukewarm. (Maybe they had some of the beef and cheddar already made up, i dont know) i would have gone back and had it corrected but the brief interaction was enough to be a "one and done" type thing. I wont be back to this Arby's.

  5/5 experience at Arby’s today. I can’t remember the last time I’ve eaten inside at a fast food joint & Arby’s didn’t fail. The food was yum as always & the staff were super polite. The tables had a few crumbs but that didn’t stop my dining experience. Definitely coming back tomorrow!

  Waiting 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and poppers is crazy. 4 people in front of me wait even longer people behind me got there food and already gone. Im normally not a hater when it comes to food service because I've worked in it. And I know it gets complicated sometimes but to wait 30 minutes and watching others leave before me when they ordered after. Its just outrageous. Do not recommend this Arby's. And ontop of the long ahh wait the poppers taste frost biten.
