I've never had a bad experience here and the whole time that I've lived in Winfield and I've lived here all my life. Staff has always been at least cordial if not friendly and my food is always hot and fresh. Not only that, but they are incredibly quick. I would say Wendy's in Winfield is the best pick for a fast food chain. If you need something quick and you expect the decency of getting at least a greeting and thank you from a drive-thru worker. That's something that I don't always get at McDonald's and Sonic, although always fresh food, is pretty slow. The staff today at around 3:45 pm when they served me did amazing on customer service and I was surprised at such a slow point for food sales in the day that the friends were hot and fresh.
