  Food not cooked all the way, Manager has a bad attitude didn't want to give a refund for uncooked hamburgers. Tried every excuse before finally giving in and refunding my money. Very dirty inside. Don't eat there. I would give negative 5 stars if possible.

  I went here yesterday and me and my mom got a 7 dollar meal it was fine till the chicken nuggets they were VERY undercooked to the point I’m throwing up the next day. Very disappointed.

  Took over 5 minutes to place my order I'm assuming it was probably a relatively new person placing my order, they didn't ask if I wanted dine in or carry out they just assumed, did not hand me my drink cup after placing order I had to ask for it. Took about 10 minutes to get a simple combo meal with a additional 10 piece spicy nugget. To top it all off the drink dispenser did not have any ice.

  After ordering our food they instructed us to wait in the handicapped space. I assumed they planned to be done fast so I listened. After that we waited.. For twenty minutes, I called them and heard a women yelling to check on our order and they said five more minutes and they should be out. That part was true but my companion checked if they had removed from there burger what they had requested. They had not so they went back in the building to ask them to remake it, after we left we learned they did remove one of the requested ingredients but not the one that is a major allergen and completely inedible. I called and requested a refund and they said only the manager could do that. We learned earlier there were only two people at the restaurant so it's clear the manager understaffed and abandoned their restaraunts. They asked for the number on the receipt, something they didn't put in either of our bags. They did the math and asked when I could come in and swipe my card for the refund. I refused to drive back and they asked me to have a good night. I will, although that was a low light of my day and I wanted to share my experience.

  Respectfully, they may have been short staffed but If the line was around the building I could decide if i wanted to wait. Instead they took my order and had people pull up. The truck in front of us took 20 mins our more to get his food. Ours took 26. This is unacceptable and they had our money so leaving was not an option. BTW: I had to add a picture because the fries were hot, burnt and rock hard. Its not cheap food and they clearly need help. Next time try another location.
