  worst wendys fries ever, emloyees not really friendly nor motivated. takes them for ever to prepare food

  I ordered through the mobile app like I normally do. I chose drive thru as my pick up method. When I arrived there was no line for the drive thru and maybe one customer inside. With my order I had three drinks. The employee at the drive thru tried to hand me all three drinks. So I asked for a carrier which she gave me. Then I waited about 5-7 more minutes for my food which isn't bad because I had a 10 piece nugget and the fries also came out fresh. Received my food and against my better judgement I didn't check to make sure everything was correct. I get home and instead of getting a son of the baconator I received a jr bacon cheeseburger. I call the store and the shift manager was very nice. She asked if I was able to come back and they would make me a fresh one or if I would like to come back another day and they would take my name down and replace it another day.

  it’s… okay. the food is fine but i don’t really explore much (i mainly go for fries and frosties). unfortunately, the service is the part that’s not amazing. the employees are NICE, but there have been multiple times where they’ve closed the drive thru early. i used to work at chick-fil-a and we’d serve the drive thru up until close - i swear here they’ll shut the drive thru with like 10-20 mins left depending on how they’re feeling, lol. idk if that’s a rule but yeah, never heard of it. food also takes a while so they might be low staff unfortunately. i’m still giving 4 stars though because my fries are always fresh and again, the employees are at least kind.
