  great food & atmosphere. visited before 8am on 4/10 & i was the only one here, presumably because it's a work day. first off, the food was phenomenal. i got the chicken & waffles with a side of biscuits & gravy. everything was 10/10, but surprisingly the chicken tenders were some of the best ive ever had. the light breading was crispy & flaky. very unique to anything available anywhere ive tried around here, so I highly recommend trying them. since I was basically the only person here, the waitstaff was working behind the counter & seemed to all be in very good moods, speaking kindly to each other whilst getting their work done efficiently. this leads me to believe that this is a very positive work environment with a staff that works very well together & gets along. that added to the already great atmosphere here, I love supporting businesses that foster an environment where their staff feels positive. this was my first time trying easy egg & I will definitely be coming back.

  Girl with the piercings is nice and got me jalepeno sauce when my usual server Ruby was busy. Ruby also is a G at serving, but one time she said I was to quiet and couldn’t hear me when I talked to her… very unfortunate maybe hearing aids idk. The manager she always so nice and friendly and comes up to me and says hi how are you doing and asks if I need anything all the time.

  My server Ruby along with the rest and the manager create an incredible atmosphere to enjoy quality food. Will be becoming a regular customer at this location.
