  This is probably the best taco bell in town. Their food is always fresh and they always season the nacho fries very well! Today I went through and waited a longer period of time and they gave me my fries for free! Im not sure if it was because of the wait, but it was still a very nice gesture!

  The staff provided poor service; I placed an order and had to wait a long time, yet they failed to notify me when it was ready.

  I just wanted to come on here and take a moment to let everyone know how hard our local Taco Bell is working to improve their reputation. The last five times hands down been the best customer service and the best quality of food. I am totally impressed and I am very hard to impress. Thank you so much Michelle AND TEAM for making sure all of my customization were honored, including the fresh tea that got made! I appreciate you so much. If you guys have not had Taco Bell at 47th and Broadway in a long time because of their past reputation, please go and give them another chance my recommendation is go inside. This whole team for the last year to year and a half has been absolutely amazing accommodating and thorough I am so proud of this team for doing such a wonderful job overcoming a bad reputation from the past.

  Service is very slow. Pulled into the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me. Over 20 minutes until I got to the window to pay. Just know you’ll wait for a while if you come here
