  I can't remember the last time I received all my food. I can't remember the last time I got the right amount of cheese sauces I paid for. Contacting customer service is abysmal, within 20 days I have ordered twice from there and both times they've gotten it wrong both times I contacted customer service both times they told me they'd reach out to but they have not. This last order was cold as heck too. It was a carry out scheduled for 9, we got there 5 minutes early and my chili cheese burritos were cold and rock hard. What do I got to do😭😭🙏🏻🙏🏻 to get my order right with you folks TURN THIS PLACE INTO A JACK IN THE BOX

  Ordered through the drive through and they had a hard time trying to take my ordered, so I finally gave up and got the food I could get. Still not everything that I had wanted to order

  Extremely disappointed with this Taco Bell Location on Meridian . I ordered a steak burrito with sour cream and guacamole, but received a bean burrito with absolutely no steak. When I checked the bag, it was cold. Since how this wasent the first time this has happened , I asked the young lady working at the drive threw window . I would like to say she was nice and willing to help. She went and got the manager who's name was Karen , she really made me feel like I was the problem . I had brought the food in exspecting them to want to take a look . She wouldnt even take the time to do that. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN!
