  The food is always delicious. I love the night crew. Sometimes they get really busy so you have to wait about 20-30 minutes but the ladies on night shift always make the food perfectly!

  My boyfriend and I visited Subway on Harry St this evening for dinner and ended up leaving without ordering due to the way we were treated. We were greeted by one employee who said she’d be right with us, but another employee began helping us. From the start, her demeanor felt impatient and cold. When we chose the herb and cheese bread, she tossed it onto the sandwich paper carelessly. While we were still deciding on the deli meat, I politely said “just a moment,” and she reacted with visible frustration, shoved the sandwich down the counter, and abruptly snapped off her gloves. The interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and honestly unwelcoming. As customers, we shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience for taking a moment to decide what to order. The tone and body language made us uncomfortable enough that we chose to walk out. I don’t know what caused the attitude, but the experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, which should never happen in a customer service environment. Management seriously needs to address professionalism and how customers are treated at this location.Especially when the elderly red haired employee is on shift We will not be returning.

  Subway's great I love how you can order online and of course you can come in and order if you'd like. No complaints.
