  My second time coming into this location this time really close to closing time craving one of those subway melts but ready to get a ham and cheese. Y’all they had everything I wanted to cure my cravings, food was still fresh even tho it was so close to the time they close. Staff was very inviting and made the experience amazing for the second time, store was clean, line was clean, and all options such as chips, drinks, condiments were easily accessible . Will be back and will recomend to others!!!

  On multiple occasions I've experienced rude workers and long wait times at this location. The drive-thru is almost never answered by an employee, and I've sat next to the speaker for minutes before giving up and driving off.

  Staff is rude and not customer service trained? I went thru the drive thru and she said it would be a second as I did not have a pick up order so I politely waited and about 10-15mins later I was yelled at thru the speaker asking if I had a pick up order. After that time of waiting I eventually put in an order so they pulled me to the window where I waited another 30 minutes and couldn’t even get a water without being charged. Pherhaps they were overwhelmed but it’s not hard to do the bare minimum

  RUN from this location!!!! It has been severely understaffed for months now and the staff that is here mostly new or don't care. 40 min wait to get any food, even if u order online. New girl was by herself, shaking like a leaf cuz 6 people had orders and she didn't remember how to do them, hadn't started. Another time the girl training her was flat out running down the street in her apron/headset...cuz it was her time of the month according to the other staff. Same chick had her kids sitting at a table fighting/screaming, she just said to the air, "I wish I had disciplined them. Now they don't listen." It's WILD here, and u will leave hungry.
