  I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at the Subway located at 2135 W. 21st St. N. in Wichita, Kansas. The behavior of the staff was not only rude, but came across as outright prejudiced. Customer service was completely nonexistent, and the way I was treated was disrespectful from start to finish. When I attempted to address the issue, I was told there was no manager available, and staff refused to provide any contact information for the owner. That alone is a major red flag and shows a complete lack of accountability at this location. It’s unfortunate that I even have to take the time to write a review like this, but the experience left me with no other option. No customer should ever feel disrespected or unwelcome when simply trying to purchase a meal. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly encourage the owner to reach out to me directly to address this situation. This level of service reflects poorly on the entire brand.

  The last time I ordered here was a problem. I did not receive the extra toppings that I asked for.

  Normally a fairly good spot but not having meatballs and not being willing to make more at 5 pm is simply unacceptable, first says they only have enough for 1 footlong so we can't have a second, then is a full meatball short and the only solution he gives is to add extra sauce making the sandwich a mess, complete lack of any care given by the older bearded gentlemen for the sandwiches as even a dry bmt became a complete mess with hardly any meat, likely won't be back for a while if this practice continues

  There are some really good coupons available from time-to-time that make Subway more of the traditional value they have been long known for. Food is fresh!
