  The store likes to answer the activated button and hang up like there’s an issue with the switchboard. They’re very inconvenient for DoorDashers. They mix up orders and don’t listen, and take their time with everything. The only nice person there is the short black manager. The rest of them are not customer friendly.

  I have been waiting for a fat minute on our shakes (4 of them) they forgot to make mine. And am waiting even longer. I understand shakes take a second and you have to clean the machines. I totally get that. But y'all took 30 minutes for 3 shakes that came back melted. The lady was nice. But she said she'd get me some coupons and didn't. I totally understand that this comes off as me whining and complaining. But 1.) timely service is important and it's not that busy. 2.) it's better to under promise and over deliver. And 3.) my order wasn't complicated

  This location used to be struggling a few years back and you could really tell with the quality but I can confidently say it’s improved so so much. Every time I come here my mobile order is ready in as little as two minutes from when I arrive. Food is always fresh, drinks are always made properly, and orders are never missing any items. The lunch crew are rock stars and I appreciate their hard work so much.
