  Food was decent, chicken fried chicken was ok, everything else is on par. Would come back again. Benjamin was a very good and entertaining server, very attentive.

  We were ar Saltgrass in east Wichita Friday a little before noon. Kaitlyn was our server and she did an outstanding job. Your manager there, Tanya, should be commended for hiring such fine quality help. We have visited this location multiple times in the last 3 or 4 years and are never disappointed.

  The ambiance was relaxed and pleasant. Our server, Bryce, was jovial and knowledgeable. Our food came out in good time and was the perfect temperature. Steaks were cooked properly and to the correct doneness for each of us. The blue cheese dressing was a table favorite with our salads and the option to load the potatoes was so worth it. The carrot cake was a great suggestion from our server and a fitting end to a flavorful and well paced meal. Such a great meal on a lazy Sunday afternoon!

  My son was recently diagnosed with a dairy allergy. It has been a challenge to go out and eat. Today we ordered my sons the hamburger because the buns are dairy free. The issue was possible contamination with the fries in the fry oil. My son opted for a salad instead although he was a little bummed. When the food came out they brought him fries. They heated up a separate batch of oil to ensure he could have some fries. My sons face lit up! They went above and beyond for him and i will forever be grateful for their efforts.

  We went on Saturday 745pm for date night got in quick. This was our second time trying to see if we just had an off day the first time. Out server was nice (not sure her name) but forgetful and didn't come by much. I got steak and ribs, the ribs were okay. The steak was one of the worst ones I have had in a long time. But couldn't even say anything because we didn't see out server until we asked for the check. My husband got the fish and said it was good but needed to have seasoning. For the price, bad food and service we will not be back.
