  Our 2 $10.00 pizzas had very few toppings. I ordered pork topping and got Italian sausage that I cannot eat. I wasted $10.00 on that pizza. We were loyal customers, we will purchase from another chain next time.

  I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order on 1/10/25 at 700 W. Douglas Wichita Kansas 67203 Pizza Hut and the skinny guy with beard and glasses told me all was good to pick up the order in the beginning but when I went to actually take the pizza, he literally put his hand on the 4 pizzas and told me I couldn’t take it (basically refused to give me my pizza) and he said I was blocked from the store. He was being rude and racist. Stores can get sued for being racist FYI. It was awkward in front of other customers and a waste of my time and as a dasher I would never go to that Pizza Hut again. Hopefully, the store can avoid this kind of situation in the future.

  Pizza was outstanding! hot and cheesy. On top of the pizza being excellent, customer service is top tier, the manger knows what he's doing.

  They said our pizza wouldn’t be ready for awhile because there were ten orders in front of it. We cancelled the order because we don’t want to wait that long. Our pizza was then ready right after cancelling and they wanted us to pay an extra fifteen dollars for a pizza we already paid for.
