  Pizza Hut took the option off the app of adding BBQ drizzle. So I called the store and asked them if they could add it on there, they told me yes they would do it. The pizza was delivered with no BBQ sauce. I called the store to tell them I need it remade or I can bring the pizza back and they can put some BBQ on it. The lady on the phone at 5:30 p.m. April 3rd told me it's not their problem and I was refused a refund. Been a loyal customer to this Hut for 7 years now, it's my closest one. Disgusted at the service.

  Never been pizza huts biggest fan. My kiddos love it so we order it most often. Daniel the manager at the 47th location is always so polite, kind and will to help correct any mistakes, either sotre or customer errors. We order from this location just for that reason. Good customer service should always be recognized!

  Orders from this store are constantly wrong. Today they switched my crusts. My husband hates the thinness of a stuffed crust pizza and I hate the thickness of the original hand tossed crust. I am pizza enclusive so I only order stuffed crust as a special treat for my son and I as my husband dislikes the texture of the overall pizza. I called the store and they offered to remake the order or give a credit for the original subtotal up to $30. My order was almost $34. I'm over it. We choose the credit option. If you want to use said credit you must call the store and place your order over the phone, I had to ask how to use the credit to learn this. This is probably the 12th time I've ordered delivery from this store. There has never been an order that was correct. I've tried Grub Hub, Pizza Hut app and the Pizza Hut website, nothing helps. If the issues are minor I just let it go. The problem is that it's every order.
