  This compliment is going out to a new employee that you have at the facility his name is Brendan and he was actually at another facility that he actually helped do the same thing for ever since he has been at the new one off of hillside I have seen people actually answer the intercom which doesn't happen very often and the atmosphere is so much more calmer there the people are actually at their stations and there's actually people who will answer the window I used to go there and wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to actually go to the window or I had to call the location to ask them if they were open cuz nobody was around and he also has got the machines to work better I usually have to wait a while to get a drink and I can tell you that the food is way fresher the biscuits are perfect I actually get cheese on my biscuit now which even though if I ordered it I never got it I don't know why but it is definitely a good atmosphere now the food is better the people are better and it's just all around great service keep doing a great job Brendan.

  I sometimes stop by on a Saturday morning when heading out of town. The morning crew those days is stellar: even when I see two drive-thru lanes filling up, they are getting people in and out, and I still receive a correct, fresh/hot order. Thank you, Saturday Morning crew!

  Drive thru people have a hard time understanding the difference between Coke and a Sweet Tea, and the people making the drinks cannot read which container is Sweet Tea

  Absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to more than I’d like to admit. I work nights in healthcare and rely on this location for a quick snack on my short lunch break. Why am I waiting 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the speaker when there’s no one else there? Why are we only taking DoorDash and mobile orders? I normally order on the app, but what about everyone else? On top of that, after giving my code I usually receive my food without a single word spoken. Not even a hello. Just shove the food in my hand and close the window. Where’s the customer service? I understand it’s McDonald’s, I’ve worked in one before, but come on. Acknowledge my existence as a paying customer. Especially if I’m the only one there and it takes 30 minutes to get my food. Overall, this location is abysmal, and I would recommend going a little further down the road to the next one if you’re hungry. Maybe someone will say hi to you at that one.

  I went thru the drive thru and was told I had to place an online order. I placed it and my order was handed out to another car. I sat in line for 45 minutes and my food wasn’t remade. I understand the gentleman was new and I’m not upset with him I’m upset with the timing. Thank you to the gentleman that fixed the order but 45 minutes now way 👎👎👎👎👎
