  told them i had a mobile order and the guy asked me for the code, then went completely silent and didn’t talk for 2 mins so i pull off duh, once i get to the window they then act like the order was never put in and the manager somehow makes it our fault? .. wompp get better employees

  for once I'd like to walk into McDonald's and see a smiling face instead of a frown I'd also like the people in the back to make my sandwich like it would look something like the picture but it doesn't it looks like something a pissed off 4-year-old made, do better

  I will never order food through the drive thru again. Ordered drinks and 2 mcgriddles. Was told to pull over for the mcgriddles. 10 min later my husband went in to get them when a lady came out with 4 m muffins. Husband had to talk to manager to get our order
