  I have eaten at McDonalds all my life. I have never encountered a rude manager until now. We were given the wrong change. After looking at the recipt the wrong change was given again and change dropped on the ground. When I told her she still owed us a dollar she said it was our fault. She lost a customer over a dollar and said it was our right to never come back. She was right!

  Don’t ever go to the far drive thru lane at night they don’t answer it. It also takes an hour just to get your food. Very slow service.

  I called at 2 am to see what time they started serving breakfast, the told me 4:30 am. Im like ok, cool so I headed over and waited in the drive through forever and they told me "we are not serving any food right now." And i said "but I just called, maybe you could have told me that on the phone before I drove over here?" So yea, if you go to this mcdonalds you might or might not get service.

  I wanted to thank the lady with long straight hair (working both the register and kitchen) who helped make 20 happy meals for a kindergarten class in less than 20 minutes. She also helped me carry 20 milks to my car because I couldn’t carry it all. She did a great job! Only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because her shift manager belittled her in front of customers because she was “too slow” with getting the milk in a bag. Always praise your associates in public, correct in private. The most unprofessional thing was the leader on shift and that says a lot about a workplace. Great job to the McDonald’s team on N Rock today! You made a lot of kids happy!

  My order was made wrong and did not notice until I got to work. Then I asked for a receipt and before I could stretch my arm to get it from the cashier he let go of it and it flew away.
