  This morning I got my regular breakfast 2 chicken Mc Griddles and hash brown. Normally the routine is I order I pay then I already know that I pulling up waiting at least 3/5 minutes for my food. This morning I thought it was odd that the chicken was already made and ready within 1 min of me ordering and being at the window to pick it up. I get the food and check it and I quickly realize why it was ready. Burnt and dried out Mc Griddles and very dried out chicken along with and ice cold hash brown. Now I have my food not bagged correctly and drivin off and not checked it before and chalked it up to bad luck but this time I am only writing this review because I am disappointed in the lack of care in product that was sent out.   The weekend morning crew has got to be the dumbest people to work McDonald's. We come here every Sunday to get breakfast and every Sunday it's always something new messed up. Between waiting for over 30 minutes to get our food and then the order just being wrong. Joe Lane you need to get your store in order or get a new owner/manager.

  Our entire order was delayed for over 30 minutes then when we revived it the entire order was wrong. This isn’t this first time they have messed my order up either. I’m not one to come on here and say something but this is not okay and need to train your workers better!

  UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE! My drive-thru order was prepared incorrectly, and multiple items, including sauces, were missing. After returning through the drive-thru to have the order corrected, the employee at the window used PROFANITY toward me. The manager on duty was also RUDE and did not address the issue appropriately. This reflects a lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I would NOT recommend this location. I contacted corporate on this as well!
