  I don't know why they don't hand u doordash orders thru the drive thru window, they have this window to pick up deliveries and I've never seen one before now, and I think it's stupid to have this for after hours

  I placed an order via the app to be picked up by drive-thru. I gave my husband the code via screenshot so he could go pick it up since I was home with the grandbabies. He went to pick it up and they were saying that they would not give him the order because he didn't have my phone with him even though he had the code for pickup. He showed them the screenshot of the order as well after they said that it must have been placed at the wrong McDonald's or that we never placed the order at all. Even with a screenshot they were denying the order and refuse to give it to him. I even called up to the store and they said they would not give me the order unless I came up there to get the food and had my phone in the lobby. She then said If I sent screenshots of my receipt for them to show that they would give us the food so I did so. Then she changed her mind and said that they can't do that. Their names are elizabeth, irene, and another irene, who are employees the supervisor and the district manager. UPDATE: They said the transaction was pending and it would be returned to my card the next day. NOPE!!! TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH SO THEY SAID THEY COMPLETED THE ORDER. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!

  Welcome to the Circus of Chaos, where disappointment, emotions and lack of confidence lead the way. I stopped in for an Ice-Tea but I left a few moments after arriving. The entire staff were being loud, obnoxious and insulting. The show today was watching a large group of people trauma bonding over their dislike for McDonalds and low self-esteem; Moreover, due to their unhappiness for being at work. Other patrons were looking at each other in disbelief about what they were experiencing. Usually, folks at McDonald’s function to a higher standard than what was being displayed. What happened to teamwork? What happened to pride? Where is the leadership? The behavior was out of control, insults were bouncing back and forth, and one employee "fat shamed" another in front of everyone. I was embarrassed for this group and vacated the building. If this is how they behave, imagine what the ringleaders are like. Once was enough for me, I hope each of you find your way to something more beneficial for your mental health. I hope each of you develop the confidence you need to move beyond your current situation. Good luck to you folks!

  We pulled up to the speaker ordered our food and pulled up to the first Window to pay and then pulled to the second Window to get food they pulled us into a spot but someone else was already in out spot we were suppose to park in so when the food was brought out to us they didn't know what car it went to so it was given to a car that pulled up after us and the I had to back out of my stall and stopped to look at the person working the first Window and said Wow really the car that pulled up after me got there food before me and the person working the window said they would have it out after it was made again and then someone brought out the order and was still going to give it to the wrong car and the lady said that it wasn't her food so they took it from her and brought it around her car a gave it to me I thought policy was that if the food was given to the wrong customer that you can't just give it to back and then give it to the right customer the food should have been made over and we waited for 35 minutes on our food that day

  I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this location. My fiancé feels the same way. The food is always cold. There's always items missing if it's doordashed. Fries are half full.. Absolutely horrible service. We've gotten sick off of their food countless times. We always try to avoid this location but somehow ended up with our preferred doordash location switched to it somehow. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Your children will get sick.
