  Placed a breakfast order 20 minutes before they shut breakfast down, I pulled up to the speaker to pick it up and was told that it was to late to make the order and I would need to cancel it on my end. They were not going to make it and I should have been there and picked it up before 10:30, got there at 10:35. I called the manager and they stood behind the decision telling me that the stop breakfast at exactly 10:30 and even though I ordered it before then, they don’t make it ahead of time so I have to pull up to the speaker and let them know before 10:30 so they can start making it (no reason to order ahead of time if it’s not ready when you get there). The was she was speaking and communicating to me was completely disrespectful, then I asked for her corporate office number and she hesitated to give it to me as well as there number (that she had to look around for). When she finally gave it to me and quietly gave me her name, I called the corporate office. They were supposedly appalled and would never except that kind of behavior. They were going to check their cameras and speak to her and make sure it didn’t happen again. They were also supposed to remake the order. I called this morning to make sure they were going to remake it before I came and the manager said they really don’t tell her anything and that they told her she was right in the way she acted, it was ok to behave that way. Needless to say this location is the worst and the fact that there corporate office lies to customers and allows it to happen is ridiculous. I or any of my family that live near there will not be back. Sad that this location has stooped so low.

  Wifi dont work girl at counter was rude to elderly gentleman in front of me and coke was very water down ice machine wasn't working honestly worst mcdonalds

  I have came to this establishment many times mostly because anytime I get an order I have to come back. The food is always, wrong, old, or takes way too long. The employees typically act like they do not care or in a bad mood or don’t Engage at all. I don’t recommend anybody go to the location. I would drive out of my to another location just for better food and service because this one has been ridiculous for far too long. It got to this point to where I felt like I needed to say something in a review. Seriously, the worst.
