  I don't normally do this, but I want you to know the type of people you have working for you and representing your company. Stopped in this morning to grab some breakfast for me and the kids. I had a 20 dollar bill and a 50 dollar bill. After ordering my food my total was $20.06 I asked your manager Isa if she was gonna be able to take the 50. She said no. Which working in fast food I kind of expected the answer to me no. Mind you my total was $20.06!!!!!!! I had the money, so I said well I have is $20 bill, can you spot me six cents and I'll come back and I'll give it right back to you. And with a stank face she rolled her eyes and said no. I'm not asking for no handout I told her I'd be right back. She refused. IT WAS 6 CENTS!!!!!! I have been a manager at a McDonald's 14 years, I have spotted many customers. I'm there getting food for children! She did not care she rolled her eyes and would not help. Let's not forget I had the money she refused to take my $50 bill. I had to take some of the food off. Whatever fine I'll deal with it later. Tell me why she proceeded to go back to that kitchen and talk about it to the Cook who kept looking over at me as I was getting my drink. He was laughing making it very obvious. Her back was to me but as she turned around I could clearly hear her say I don't care. My girl it is $0.06. you know how often I go into that Wendy's and how much money I spend at that facility? Well that's all going to stop now. I'm not expecting any type of Charity but at the same time it is 6 cents. Be careful who you promote to managers because they can make you look real bad. I know this may seem Petty but come on bro I was getting food for children and it was six pennies that I told her I would give her right back. Shame on you ISA! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU WHEN I CAME BACK WITH THAT 6 CENTS! YOU SHOULD REALLY BE KIND TO PEOPLE WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.

  Michelle at the N West St location is awesome. Wendy's should be grateful to have her. We had an issue with a burger the other night. Michelle went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Michelle, you are the best!

  Terrible service! Only two orders and I've been here 30 minutes. The manager, Angela, is useless; she just stands there watching and doesn't help or assist, and they treat customers badly.

  I dont know if its just me but seems like there's the meat patties have gotten smaller and the buns have stayed the same size. Beings up the question "Where's the beef"?

  Came on my lunch break from work, I started eating my fries on my way back to work and they are old nasty stell an cold, I called back there talked to Michelle she won't refund me unless I come back now, unfortunately I cant cause I have a job an only 30min. Break....they lost my service for sure
