Also, the guy who takes the order has no etiquette and won't ask you what you want to order. Will just unenthusiastically say " Welcome to Wendy's" and stay silent until you order. When he is at the window he won't say anything to you, not tell you the amount or ask for your card and just sits there and waits for you to hand your card to him. Very poor etiquette and rude.
