No one checked on us again for over an hour, and we had to sit there without service wondering if anyone even knew we were there. To make things worse, a member of management eventually came over and told us this was our third and final warning for vaping, which was shocking because no one had ever spoken to us before or given any kind of warning. Being accused without prior communication felt unprofessional and unfair. I’ve had better experiences at other Topgolf locations, but this one missed the mark badly.

For the amount of money spent, the experience should have been smooth and enjoyable, but instead it felt rushed, chaotic, and stressful. Topgolf clearly prioritizes volume over customer experience. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for good service or a quality experience. Emily the manager was very unprofessional.
