    Why does taco bell have a damn app to pre order food if you don't make it until we get into the store. I pre order to go in get my food and leave. Not go in wait 20 minutes then get food and leave. Fix this issue.

    We waited an hour in the drive thru with 10 other cars. The only positive was the guys working were super nice. The food wasn’t great and the hour wait was crazy.

    I ordered online at 5:10, got in to pick up at 5:21. The clerk said it would take 10 minutes. 10 minutes pass, I check on the order and she FORGOT to check me in. Another 10 pass, and another. It’s now 5:57 and I finally have my food. Avoid this place if you want fast food or if you simply value your time. Terrible.

    I had delivery through GrubHub. I had to wait for 30 minutes until the driver picked up my order. I'm pretty sure my food was made way before the delivery driver picked it up. The food was absolutely cold. I live about 1 mi from Taco Bell. The food should not have been cold. On top of that, whoever made those burritos and tacos do not know how to roll a burrito. It was absolutely sloppy and the tacos and burritos did not have that much filling in them. Years ago Taco Bell used to be really good. The food that you get is not what it looks like in the pictures. Maybe the Taco Bell staff should go to Chipotle or some other authentic Mexican restaurant and learn how to roll burritos. The food was horrible. I will not be going to Taco Bell anymore. If I want burritos or tacos, I'll go to an authentic Mexican restaurant. That was a waste of $33.91
