  I came through the drive-through tonight and ordered my dinner. I asked for extra hot sauce on the side. It even shows on my receipt after waiting almost 20 minutes to make it to the window. I asked the lady whose name is Maria O. according to my receipt if I had my salsa and she assured me that I did. my dinner box had a sticker on it. I couldn’t open it until I got home and when I got home, I did not have any salsa. I called the store to tell them that I just purchased food that I asked for the salsa at the time of making the order and I asked at the time of exchanging payment with my food if there was salsa in my bag and I was told yes however the manager (male) didn’t not provide a name, told me that unfortunately he wasn’t gonna do anything for me because I got my food and I explained to him that I just paid for all of this food that I can’t even eat it dry. After all It is Mexican. Tacos and salsa goes hand in hand. I told him that I do not want to eat dry food. He told me basically that he wasn’t gonna do anything for me straight up ….so I told him that I was going to reach out to corporate and he happily said that’s fine thank you and hung up on me. This really disappoints me. Not to mention, one of the workers behind the window had hickeys all over their neck, which was very unattractive. He had on a black hoodie that wasn’t even Taco Bell related.

  The employees will completely ignore you. 5 people working. 1 car in drive through and 2 waiting over 15 minutes in lobby with nobody helping inside people at all. If you actually want to get food DO NOT go to this location!!!!

  Tried to eat here yesterday my food was $29 and I was paying with a 50 at noon. May I add busiest part of the day the change was only gonna be about 20 they refused my service and laughed in my face and was like oh well we can’t do it like they don’t wanna make your food jokes on them. I swiped my card. I had my wife go up and order a bag of chips for us to finish our food, they chuckle it snickered and made fun of us disrespectful 10 out of 10 I don’t recommend this place.
