    I've gone to this Taco Bell twice and both times they took extremely long and messed up my order (forgetting my chips and queso I paid for, and onions and sour cream in my burrito) with a mobile order. Food quality was decent but this is the worst Taco Bell I've eaten at.

    I've been in this line for an hour they were employees at the back door smoking cigarettes they are wrapped around the building it is 12:09 and I pulled up here at 11:23 it's been almost an hour the employees were so embarrassed to smoke a cigarette they were smoking facing inward this is ridiculous get it together

    8:30PM on a Friday night and in excess of a 30 minute wait in the DriveThru. Absolutely no sense of speed of service or staffing. Looks like the Store Manager and Above are more concerned with making that bonus for less hours staffed/worked versus staffing to the volume of business as projected. Sad it seems to be the trend of the industry and work force now days.

    While I don't like the introduction of self serve kiosks at a fast food restaurant, I do understand why they are there. However, having said that, if you have three or four people loitering around in plain sight of the actual register, it would probably make sense to have either a sign that says please use the kiosk or have someone actually acknowledge the customer and say please use the kiosk. But that's not how they roll at this store. They will look you dead in the eye and not acknowledge you. Food was fine, served fast and hot, but the overall experience was greatly diminished by the poor customer service. Unfortunately this is how it is nowadays.
